Stuart Law joined Recon Research Corporation as a Research Economist in 2010. His fields of study include public policy economics, health and labor economics, and econometrics. While at Recon, Mr. Law has been actively involved in market and statistical analysis, utility rate regulation, litigation support, and policy analysis. Prior to joining Recon, he played lead guitar in a country music band.

Mr. Law earned a B.A. in Economics at California State University, Northridge, receiving the Certificate of Excellence and the Outstanding Economics Student Award. He unfortunately lives just a few blocks from the Recon office, which denies him the ability to use traffic as an excuse for being late.
